Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed contract will include the operation of the facilities located and described as follows: A resort complex located in Hocking Hills State Park, Hocking County, Ohio, including a lodge with 81 guest rooms, kitchen and dining room, meeting rooms, gift shop, lounge-bar, cafe;, indoor and outdoor pools, exercise room, outdoor recreation areas and forty (40) cabins. The successful bidder will furnish most major equipment and furnishings as specifically enumerated in the bid specifications. The awardee of the proposed contract will also be required to furnish all other equipment, merchandise, materials, supplies, utilities as specified in the contract, and labor necessary to operate the facilities to approved standards
