This contract includes all work required for the repair or construction of various storm water facilities throughout the corporate limits of the City of Cincinnati (City) on a contingency basis, specific under this contract to the City of Cincinnati Park Board (CPB). In addition, the Contractor must be licensed by the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) to perform remedial maintenance work on combination sewer facilities. The work shall consist primarily of non-emergency repairs, conversions, and new construction, as determined by the Division Manager of Planning and Design for Cincinnati Parks (Engineer), or their designee. The work shall include but not be limited to: the construction and repair of storm inlets, inlet connections, manholes, and mainline conduits; the conversion of existing inlets; the filling and abandoning of facilities; and the restoration of curbs, sidewalks, handicap ramps, driveways, streets, stream banks, restoration of sink holes, and sod areas. All work items referenced below are numbered with respect to the Section of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) publication, “Construction and Materials Specifications” (CMS) and/or the City Supplement thereto, wherein relative Sub-Sections describe the general work of the item.
