T&M Project 1 – Tuttle Crossing Boulevard Extension Alternatives Study – West of Cosgray Road: 1.1 The study will evaluate alternatives and recommend a preferred location for Tuttle Crossing Boulevard, the new roadway alignment between Cosgray Road and SR 161. 1.2 The consultant will develop study goals and objectives.
