Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The selected CSS Firm will report to the District or designated District Construction Supervisor (CS). The structure of each individual project will vary depending upon the size and number of active construction sites on the respective projects. The selected firm shall provide for Safety and Security Services necessary staffing, services, and equipment as necessary to supplement the District and shall work directly with the CS. The Consultant will propose a full time Lead Security Officer/Coordinator (LSOC) who will report to the CS. The LSOC shall be responsible for all coordination and staffing based on the CS’s request for Safety and Security Services rendered. Whenever possible, the selected CSS Firm shall utilize existing District Information Management Systems, standards and procedures to manage project data including the use of SharePoint, and any other systems or methods proscribed by the District
