Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION 1. Review and approval of all shop drawings and equipment data, review, prepare and distribute construction-related correspondence, contractor pay requests, requests for information, change requests, requests for proposals, bulletins, etc., at no extra cost. 2. Site visits to determine compliance with contract document and schedule: Architect Weekly, plus construction meetings Structural Engineer As required Mechanical/Electrical/Security Engineer As required, plus construction meetings, minimum weekly during installation of Mechanical/Electrical/Security systems Civil As required Others As required for a complete project 3. The Construction Administrator shall conduct a site visit to determine if the Project is substantially complete and a final review with the County’s appointed representative to determine if the Project has been completed in accordance with the Contract Documents. This shall include, but not be limited to, a final punch list. If each Contractor hasfulfilled its obligations under the Contract Documents, the Construction Administrator shall approve, in writing, work performed under said Contract Documents. 4. During the first year of operation, the Construction Administrator will visit the facility and evaluate how the facility is operating at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. The Construction Administrator will work with the maintenance staff and develop a list of the items requiring attention during this one-year warranty period.
