Spalling and deterioration of concrete in eight (8) areas as noted below to be repaired. Some areas will require removal and replacement, while others may allow for patching. The approximate square footage is approximately 3,520 sq.ft. where repairs need to be made. One (1) of the eight (8) concrete sections is a lamp post base that has previously been repaired that needs to be re-repaired or demolished and replaced. Seven (7) concrete sections located in the front entrance of 4200 Surface Road facility in solid red outline must be leveled to meet OSHA 1910D and ADA requirements of ¼” maximum height change (vertical) and gap (horizontal) on walking surfaces. One (1) concrete section outlined in blue may be ground or leveled. Clean out and seal all construction, expansion, and isolation joints.
