Synopsis
The United States Air Force, AFLCMC/PZIB, Wright-Patterson AFB is conducting Market Research for the procurement of the following;
- The current dining facility kitchen at The National Museum of the US Air Force - Valkyrie Café needs a Commercial Dishwasher which will be used to efficiently clean and sanitize large quantities of dishes, glasses, utensils, and other foodservice ware. The dishwasher must be designed for high-volume use and can handle the demands of busy food service operations. Regular maintenance and reliable operation are critical to supporting high-volume food service and sanitation operations essential to the mission of the installation’s dining facility operation.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to:
- Deliver and install a new commercial dishwasher in accordance with commercial standards and local health/safety codes.
- Provide an annual preventive maintenance service to ensure optimal operation and compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Provide on-call emergency repair services as needed
Dishwasher Procurement and Installation
The contractor shall:
- Supply and install a commercial-grade dishwasher capable of processing high volumes per hour.
- Ensure the unit meets NSF, UL, and Energy Star certifications.
- Include all required plumbing, electrical, and drainage connections
- Provide operator training to designated dining hall staff
- Provide one (1) annual preventive maintenance visit, including inspection, cleaning, calibration, and replacement of common wear items.
- Provide a written maintenance checklist and report upon completion.
- Ensure that the work complies with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Provide on-call emergency service available within 24 hours of request, Monday through Sunday.
- Guarantee response time no later than 24 hours from the time of service request submission.
- Provide labor and parts as needed
- Dishwasher delivery and installation shall be completed within 30 calendar days of award.
- The maintenance agreement shall remain in effect for a base year plus two (2) option years (1 Base + 2 Option Years), subject to availability of NAF funds and satisfactory performance
- Installed, operational commercial dishwasher.
- Operator training completed and signed attendance sheet.
- Maintenance and service records for each visit.
- Emergency service reports as applicable.
- 1-2 Year Equipment Warranty
- Contractor must be within a 50 Mile Radius in Montgomery/Greene Counties - OH
- Shall not subcontract out any supplies or services
