Main Project Mobilization, Demobilization, Access, Delivery • Site Setup, equipment staging, debris removal – approximately 20 yd dumpster Demolition • Supports: Install bracing and sistered 2”x4”s, lay plywood to protect pavers • Materials suggested: 15 pieces of plywood, 18 pieces of 2” x 4” x 10” lumber • Demo structure: Remove 24 columns, upper structure, and bases Concrete Installation • Excavate: Dig 6” depth at 24 locations (each location approximately 2’ x 2’) • Gravel Base: Lay 2” compacted gravel at 24 locations oMaterials suggested: #304 Limestone suggested, 1 yd • Pour Concrete: Pour 4” concrete at 24 locations (approximately 96 SF, 1.25 yds) • Lay Bricks: Install bricks at 4 locations (approximately 16 SF) • Cure and seal concrete Electrical • Conduit Connection: Connect schedule 40 conduit and terminate 3 outlets o Materials suggested: • Carlon 2” 90 degree schedule 40 electrical PVC 24”, bend radius belled elbow (3 per outlet) • Charlotte Pipe 2” PVC socket schedule 40 pressure cap (3 per outlet) Alternate #1 – Additional Concrete pads • Demo damaged/cracked slabs: 8 slabs @ 104 SF • Excavate to match existing depth of sidewalk, approximately 6”, 8 slabs @ 104 SF • Lay 2” compacted gravel base, 8 slabs @ 104 SF • Pour new 4” concrete, 8 slabs @ 104 SF
