The Ohio Department of Administrative Services’ Office of Information Technology (State) is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Cognos Developer for the Ohio Benefits Program from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026; Design and develop BI reports and framework model. Design, develop and execute ETL. Generate the monthly program block data and prepare Ohio Benefits consumption file. Provide production support, including the execution of daily and monthly batch and report runs. Troubleshoot file extract and load executions. Design and execute ad hoc report requests. Typically, it is expected that the selected candidates will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except for State observed holidays.
