The Contractor must deliver a highly available, complete working system free of defects, including engineering, design, software, database, data storage, system and data recovery, installation, interfaces, testing, training, documentation, helpdesk, technical support, reporting, business processes, and all other components and efforts necessary to provide a complete, highly available, working system and to ready the City for successful use of the system. The City seeks a complete solution to what the Work is intended to accomplish, and the Contractor must provide any items omitted in the Contract as part of the Contractor’s price. All required components and processes for the Work to be complete and useful to the City must be included in the Work and the price, unless the Contract expressly provides otherwise.
