(Please note that the plan provided is schematic design only and may require on-site field verification prior to ordering product.) • New Product All modular workstation pieces and parts and office desks needed to complete the furniture layout. • Installation Services Install (26) Herman Miller A02 workstations, and freestanding Tayco- Metro (5) desks. (Attached Furniture Plan and typical layouts.) The start date for this project will be established after receipt of Purchase Order from COM. PROVIDE ONE QUOTE for Design, Product and Installation Services. Provide the cost for each service as a separate line item.
