Specifications include, but are not limited to:It is the intent of these specifications to provide the following services at the Franklin County Government facilities in Columbus, Ohio: To provide professionally trained, unarmed uniformed Security for the various Franklin County Clerk of Court Auto Title facilities. The intent of these specifications is to ensure the proper protection of elected officials, employees, visitors and County property during specified hours, and be prepared to respond to conditions of fire, theft, vandalism, trespass, violence, disturbance, fights, confrontations and other illegal activities. Services shall be provided at the following Auto Title Locations: 1. Auto Title South – 45 Great Southern Boulevard, Columbus, OH 43207 2. Auto Title West – 4153 W. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43228 3. Auto Title North – 980 Morse Road, Columbus, OH 43229 4. Auto Title East – 1583 Alum Creek Drive, Columbus, OH 43209 1.01 GENERAL DUTIES: A. Access control duties. B. Interior and exterior monitored patrols of Auto Title Branches (i.e. Guard 1). C. Escort housekeeping personnel, employees, visitors and other personnel as directed and within the County facilities. D. Inspection of facilities for security, maintenance, safety and fire hazards. E. Be prepared to respond to conditions of fire, theft, trespass, vandalism, violence, disturbance, fights, confrontations, and other illegal activities. F. Prepare written reports (daily shift logs, inspections reports, etc.). G. Monitor surveillance cameras and related equipment. H. Other duties as directed
