Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The Contractor shall take about 1, 200 digital photos during the term of the Contract. 2) Area digital photos should be taken of each Columbus Neighborhood. This will include digital photos of Downtown, the Arena District, the Short North, Grandview, Franklinton, Easton, the Near East Side, German Village, the Brewery District, Clintonville, the Hilltop, and Milo-Grogan. The City shall provide the Contractor a city map outlining the neighborhoods. a) These digital photos should capture everything the neighborhood/area has to offer and the unique aspects of each, including but not limited to: street views, buildings, homes, parks, community centers, bike paths, businesses, sky/aerial view (if possible), public art, normal Columbus life, unique aspects of the neighborhood, festivals, community events, etc. b) Digital photos may include photos of people (sitting on porches at home [with permission only], walking down the sidewalk, sitting outside of a business, waiting for the bus, purchasing from a food truck, cycling on a bike path, etc.). Waivers can be provided by the City, if needed. 3) Digital photos shall be taken of each neighborhood in each of the four seasons (fall, winter, spring and summer) beginning in the Fall/Winter of 2022 and ending in the Fall of 2023. 4) Digital photos of the city shall be captured day and night. Approximately 80% of the digital photos should be taken during the day and 20% should be taken at night. 5) Digital photos shall be high resolution, with a minimum of 300 PPI. 6) Contractor shall be responsible for basic digital image editing where artistically necessary to include, but not limited to, touch ups and imagine removal. 7) Digital photos shall be submitted to the city electrically as a JPEG file via an on-line photo sharing service. Photos shall be organized in folders by neighborhood. 8) Each digital photo shall include the date, time, location (park name, intersection, etc.), and the name of person(s) who are the focal point of the photo. If the photo is a crowd shot, names are not necessary. 9) The City reserves the right to reject any photo that does not capture the content included in the Scope of Services.
