SCOPE OF SERVICES/SPECIFICATIONS A. The Cincinnati Streetcar is seeking a firm to complete an internal safety review (ISR) by October 1, 2025. B. Communicate with ODOT’s State Safety Oversight Agency (SSOA) throughout the process. C. Develop audit checklists for the City and Transdev and submit them to ODOT’s SSOA by May 15, 2025 – allow 30 days for ODOT’s SSOA to comment/approve the checklist. D. Supply a list of documents to review. E. Conduct onsite audits at the Streetcar facility (1927 Race St.) to include interviews, document review, and streetcar operations. F. Provide a final draft report to the City by August 15, 2025. G. Provide a Final Report to the City by September 1, 2025. H. Develop Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for any deficiencies. I. Project completion by October 1, 2025.
