The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department (CRPD) is soliciting Requests for Proposal from our pre-qualified firms capable of providing Design/Engineering services for new construction and improvements for the Champions golf course. The project is located at 3900 Westerville Rd., Columbus, OH 43224. A successful project for construction will be to replace existing cart path, design, develop, and implement an innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and functional entry features for the Champions golf course. Course repairs and upgrades are needed to remain competitive in the Central Ohio golfing community. Repairs to cart paths, repair and reconstruction of a sections bridge crossings, and the addition of staging areas for tournament play and outings are needed. The design approach must take into consideration the full use and function of the site and all changes must seamlessly integrate into the existing functions of the golf course.
