Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor will provide professional catering services for the Department of Port Control (DPC) on an as needed basis during winter operation snow events. DPC winter operation snow events will consist of hot meals on an as needed basis for Snow and Ice Control Team staff during breakfast, lunch, or dinner hours. The selected vendor will be given notice 24 hours in advance of required meal service and all meals shall be delivered to either 5555 West Hanger Rd, Cleveland, Ohio 44135 or Burke Lakefront Airport 1501 N. Marginal Road, Cleveland, OH 44114. WINTER OPERATION SNOW EVENTS MEALS: For casual meetings and events, the selected vendor(s) must provide drop off service for all meals. The selected vendor must provide all eating utensils, plates, knives, forks, spoons, napkins and all condiments for the meal and beverage. Plastic-ware is acceptable for this purpose. Menu Specifications: The selected vendor will be providing catering services for up to 60 people for casual settings. The menu shall include one entree, but is not limited to beef, chicken and fish. For lunch and dinner meals there should always be a vegetable option available. Setup/Labor: The successful vendor must provide all set-ups, labor and clean-up for the event. Vendor must prepare the food/beverages and provide all required chafing dishes, warmers, serving platters, trays, and other food serving utensils for service. Vendor Experience: The successful vendor must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience catering gatherings for groups larger than 50. The successful vendor must provide a tasting of the proposed menu(s) to Airport staff prior to the event(s). Vendor to submit letters of reference with bid submittal.
