Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall prepare, deliver, and serve (cater) hot lunches on a daily basis, Monday through Friday and the fourth Saturday of each calendar year, except on Christmas and Thanksgiving, for the Department of Corrections (hereinafter referred to as the state agency), in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein. 2.1.2 The state agency makes no guarantee as to the minimum or maximum number of hot lunches that shall be required. However, the state agency estimates that approximately 270 lunches will be required on a weekly basis. Attachment 1 identifies the actual meal counts for a one week period of time and is provided for informational purposes only. By no later than every Friday, the state agency will provide the state agency with a final count of participants for the following week.
