Catered Meals: 112TH MTB
The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for catered meals on the following dates:
20 to 22 FEB 2025
LOCATION:
112TH MTB, Camp James A Garfield, Main Gate 8451 State Route 5, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
Quotes must comply with the requirements set forth in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Responsible offers must include sufficient information (i.e., menus, licenses and certifications) that allow the OHARNG to determine whether they meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient product information may result in the rejection of your quote. Offers must include sam.gov cage code and accurate POC information in order to be considered.
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 722320. The small business size standard is $9,000,000.00
This award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The award will be made on the basis of cost in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 13.106 (b)(3) insofar as the low offer meets the requirements set forth in the PWS.
All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(i)).

Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process.
Question/clarifications must be submitted email to brett.a.fruth.civ@army.mil. No questions will be taken by phone. Questions are due no later than 5:00 PM February 7th, 2025. A question/answer document will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.
