Specifications include, but are not limited to: Basic car wash pricing per vehicle, all zones detailed below external surface only including windows and windshields. Vehicle types consist of trucks, minivans, vans, sedans, and sport utility vehicle (SUV) with approximately 500 vehicles in the fleet. NOTE: Vehicle counts are approximate for the purposes of this proposal and could vary slightly. No minimum or maximum number of vehicles is implied or guaranteed. o Full wash in under five (5) minutes o Free vacuums o Premium foam brushes that do not damage the vehicles and are maintained regularly o Biodegradable soaps and waxes o Extensive water reclamation system o 100% satisfaction guarantee o Access Device o Complimentary access device (for example RFID tag) affixed to each vehicle. o Access device will be activated when requested by Fleet Management. The device can be deactivated quickly by request of Fleet Management. o Access device is transferable upon purchase of new/different vehicle with the consent of vendor. o Year-round daily access to the vendor’s car wash and vacuum at all locations. Understandably during severe winter weather, some locations might be shut down. o Invoicing o Monthly billing detail of vehicles obtaining services, provided in electronic format, Excel preferred. Details must include the date, time, and specific fleet vehicle number. o Prefer electronic access to view usage data with reporting capabilities. o Monthly invoice sent to Fleet Management no later than the 5th day of the following month or with sufficient time to verify data before payment is due. o Access to multiple locations throughout Franklin County. (See note below on Zones) o Zones - Based on township boundaries and adjoining municipalities bordering them: o Zone 1 – North West quadrant of Franklin County which includes Brown, Washington, Perry, and Norwich townships. o Zone 2 – North East quadrant of Franklin County which includes Sharon, Blendon, Plain, Clinton, Mifflin, and Jefferson townships. o Zone 3 – South West quadrant of Franklin County which includes Prairie, Franklin, Pleasant, and Jackson townships. o Zone 4 – South East quadrant of Franklin County which includes Truro, Hamilton, Madison townships, and a portion of the City of Columbus south of State Route 40 and East of the Scioto River.
