C-1 – SCOPE The City of Cleveland is requesting bids for car washing services for various automobiles, including not limited to vans, SUV's and ambulances, for a period of one year, beginning with the date of execution of a contract and shall not exceed $49,999.99. but The services purchased under the terms and conditions of the contract shall be awarded to the lowest and best bidder based upon proximity to the various locations identified on location sheet. Each car washing facility must have the capability to provide a system to support an automated wash that accepts either coin or paper coupons to operate their system. The services must be provided within a 5- mile radius of each location to ensure and maintain the safety operations for the Division of Police. The facilities must provide all services within 30 minutes upon arrival time and must not exceed more the 15 minutes per automated or coin wash. Handwashing, detailing and power washing for large vehicles shall be pre-scheduled for only authorized City divisions. All handwashing facilities must provide complete services within 45 minutes of arrival time. C-2 – ТҮPES OF SERVICES Car washing services for various automobiles, including but not limited to vans, SUV's and ambulances, shall include but is not limited to: Full touchless service with automated or coin operated with attendants or coin operated without attendants. Tires and all exterior vinyl cleaned and dressed Vacuuming Floor mat cleaning Interior window cleaning Air freshener Attendants are required to direct the vehicles for interior or special detailed cleaning services
