A. The work to be performed under this contract consists of the demolition work, construction and completion of the entire project: Renovations to maintenance facility to accomodate new railcars and better facilitate existing maintenance tasks. The work is defined in this project manual, and the drawings and other documents identified herein. B. The project is located at 6200 Grand Avenue, in the City of Cleveland, in the County of Cuyahoga, in the State of Ohio. C. The Scope of Work shall include but not limited to: 1. New steel mezzanines. 2. New overhead Cranes. 3. Catenary and other electrical modifications. 4. Modifications in High Bay area fire suppression, ductwork, and hydronic lines. 5. Hydraulic maintenance room.
