The project will provide Columbus Public Health staff with knowledge and skills to effectively use market research technology to make data-driven decisions. This includes combining market research data with other types of information and indices to advance health equity. Desired Outcomes • Enhance the effectiveness of public health interventions. • Gain important insights into the knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors of priority populations to meet the public health needs of diverse communities. • Enhance skillsets of staff to make data-driven decisions. • Advance health equity through the innovative use of market research technology. The contractor will: • Provide access to current market research software and data for Ohio. o Data must include health conditions and health behaviors. o Data must include market research segments (i.e., Mosaic, PRISM, Tapestry). o Data must include the ability to create custom profiles of priority audiences. • Provide training on the use of market research software. • Provide access to a technical advisor to train and coach staff on the use of data and software. • Bids are not to exceed $49,000 • Vendor shall complete and deliver all scope requirements by the end of the contract
