Set up of food stations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Accommodate any special dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, etc.) as specified by event organizers. Be able to provide both hot and cold menu options. Ability to accommodate last-minute changes or requests, should the need arise. Ensure all food is served in a timely and professional manner. Set up and break down food stations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. 2.1 Licensing and Compliance The catering company must hold all necessary food handling certifications and health department licenses to legally provide catering services in the specified area.
