Coaching Sessions Provide individualized coaching for each participant (in-person or virtual), focusing on the teachings and principles of the Leadership Academy Leadership Academy topics may include: Communication & Critical Thinking, Systems Thinking and Managing Organizational Change, Coalition Building & Community Engagement. Coaching should include goal setting, skill development and strategies to increase leadership effectiveness. The sessions should be personalized to the individual needs of the participants, while also fostering group learning and collaboration. Standardized assessment is preferred 2.2 360-Degree Assessment Administer a 360-degree assessment as part of the Leadership Academy teachings. Provide participants with an in-depth analysis of their leadership strengths and areas for improvement based on feedback from colleagues, peers and supervisors.
