This scope of work outlines the services to be provided for the removal of all plant life and rocks from the current beds, putting down a weed barrier, and clean fill in the courtyards on units C and D at Summit Behavioral Healthcare. Work Description – a. Remove all plant life including all root systems. - see pics b. Till dirt and remove rocks and/or debris - Sweep and tidy up any debris that is dropped in the courtyard. - All debris must be wheelbarrowed out through unit/spine. Cardboard or something similar will need to line pathway. Clean up path afterwards. c. Place appropriate weed barrier down d. Add additional clean fill to 2’’ below the bottom of the decorative lip. (no rocks) - All fill will need to be wheelbarrowed in through unit/spine. Cardboard or something similar will need to line pathway. Clean up path afterwards.
