This project involves the removal and replacement of 15 countertops in total. Ten countertops will be replaced without sinks, while five countertops will include sink replacement. The new countertops will be fabricated from Corian material. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work; 1. Project Preparation • Site Assessment: Conduct a site visit to inspect current countertop conditions, verify measurements, and identify any potential challenges. • Materials & Measurements: Confirm final countertop dimensions, layout, and configurations, ensuring all measurements for Corian fabrication are accurate. • Work Schedule: Develop a timeline for removal and installation that minimizes disruption to the client’s daily operations. 2. Removal of Existing Countertops • Clear Work Area: Protect surrounding surfaces and floors with covers to prevent damage during removal. • Disconnect Plumbing (if applicable): Turn off and disconnect plumbing for countertops with sinks, including water supply and drains. • Countertop Removal: Carefully remove and dispose of the existing countertops, ensuring no damage to cabinets or surrounding surfaces. • Debris Disposal: Transport and dispose of all removed materials according to local regulations.
