The selected contractor will be responsible for: • Supplying and installing Cat-6 cabling, jacks, faceplates, and any other mounting accessories as needed. • Provide Cat-6 patch cables for switches (6 foot) and endpoint machines (10 foot) • Cat-6 cable should be Plenum and Shielded. • Routing and terminating all cabling to a designated wiring closet. • Ensuring all cabling is neatly bundled, labeled, and compliant with industry standards (TIA/EIA-568). • Coordinating with our IT staff and the Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS) representative for a pre-bid walkthrough. • Performing a final walkthrough upon completion with our IT network staff. • Providing validation testing results for all installed network drops. • We are working with a tight timeline of completing the work by November 28, 2025.
