The contractor shall: Electrical Power Remove the existing 480 V, 250 Amp Service for previous Hydraulic Test Stand and replace with a new 480 Volt, 300 Amp,3-Phase Power (incl. ground feed). Power is to be sourced from Panel DH-201 as shown on Drawing E-502. Replace existing breaker with new unit designed to handle increased current load. Breaker will match existing panel type and meet requirements as shown on drawing 221310-900. Connections shall be made into unit IAW Drawing 221310-900 (Tab 1 of this statement of work). Contractor will field verify suitability of existing conduit for the new feeder wire and ground as well as the supports for proper capacity and load prior to re-using. If conduit requires replacement with a larger size, use the existing path to Panel DH-201. Drawings EP-101B, EP-102B and EP-101C are included to provide general locations and distances. All site conditions are to be site verified. All conduits shall be properly painted and labelled to match current facility conditions. Compressed Air Connect 3/4 - inch Compressed Air supply and exhaust as shown in Tab 1 to the existing building compressed air system. Pressure regulators will be required to convert existing building pressure (125 PSIA) to 90 PSIA for the Unit. Utilize Regulator Model BOD # C38341-611. New piping shall be pressure tested IAW applicable ASME standards. All piping shall be properly cleaned, painted and labelled to match current facility conditions. Nitrogen Nitrogen shall be supplied to the Test Stand using tanks (Gov’t supplied) and ¼ inch flexible line. Contractor to provide all required hoses and fittings to complete connection between nitrogen tanks and the unit. Cooling Water. Reference Drawings P-101C.
