Specifications include, but are not limited to: New components and appurtenances as necessary to provide a complete and functional CNG station: - Inlet Gas Line (between Lakewood Heights Boulevard and new CNG Compressor Station) - Natural Gas Separator-Dehydrator - Inlet Gas Dryers - Inlet Filtration - Prime Movers - New electrical transformer for the compressor station - New diesel back-up generator to support the compressor station (estimated at 900 KW) - Natural Gas Compressors-electric powered - Priority Sequence Panel - ASME Storage Tanks - CNG Dispensers - Control Panels and Interfaces - Incoming Gas Quality Monitor - CNG Manual Vent Blow-Down System for Compressor Modules - 3-CNG Bus Fueling Dispensers - Associated utility connections and meters including, but necessarily limited to, telecom, and the existing Fleet Watch Fuel Management System with necessary conduits, foundations pads, etc. The electric and gas utilities will install their own meters. - Associated piping and electronic wiring and controls associated with the above. - Concrete pads and pedestals associated with the above. - Security fencing, bollards, gates, cameras, lighting and access controls, operations in the case of a power outage (to be connected to back-up generator as necessary.
