Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Services may include but is not limited to design, fabrication, framing, and installation/de-installation, of original art, art sculptures, prints and other artwork as well as installation and graphical design of didactic panels. All artwork must be mounted/installed using industry standard guidelines. Additional services may include, but not limited to purchasing glass, framing, and other framing supplies; exhibit rentals, packing, crating, installing, storing, rigging and proper handling. Services may also include maintenance, and cleaning according to industry standards. The selected vendor must have experience in fine art handling, crating and building high quality wooden crates of different sizes; Condition Reports, of incoming and outgoing art are required and must be completed and reported immediately to the Department of Port Control
