The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials to perform all work in accordance to this statement of work. Work accomplished will meet or exceed the specifications designated by DIMR. All quotes must include all labor, material, mobilization and demobilization costs for the entire project. All cost quotes must be guaranteed for a minimum of 90 days from the date submitted. The exact nature of work is not known, but likely includes the following: 1. Dismantle all existing cabinets, countertops and plumbing fixtures. 2. Dismantle all existing cabinets, countertops and plumbing fixtures. 3. Rearrange and reassemble de-mountable wall systems; 4. Installation of new cabinets, countertops, sink and plumbing fixtures; 5. Paint interior walls. 6. Patch plaster and/or gypsum board, drywall. 7. Repair concrete floors; 8. Install electrical circuitry; 9. Perform electrical repairs and installations; 10.Perform plumbing repairs and installations; 11.Perform mechanical system repairs and installations; 12.Repair and installation of suspended lay-in ceiling systems; 13.Relocate furniture and office equipment, appliances within buildings; 14.Replace furniture and office equipment, appliances upon completion; a. Cabinets: Preferred style for cabinets is a modern-Shaker with recessed panel doors with a smooth center panel, clean lines and minimalist aesthetic. Drawers should feature dovetail drawer construction. Soft-close mechanisms for doors and drawers. Slab drawer fronts. Doors and drawer fronts should cover most of the cabinet's face frame for a seamless and modern appearance with pulls to match. Open to finish options. b. Countertops: Countertop should be a laminate surface and may be seamed. c. Plumbing Fixtures: Sink should be stainless steel and a standard kitchen faucet.
