The Division of Parks and Watercraft will provide the following areas and facilities at Buck Creek State Park: land area, approximately 650 feet by 225 feet, including sand, grass areas, and walkways; water area, approximately 650 feet by 750 feet; a restroom building; parking lot space, approximately 230 feet by 16 feet. Each space is to be designated for purpose(s) as enumerated in the bid package. The Concessionaire will furnish all equipment, merchandise, materials, supplies, and labor necessary to operate the concession to approved standards during the season of operation and daily hours as defined in the lease specifications. It shall be the intent of the lease that the minimum season of operation shall be the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day annually.
