Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Real Estate Brokerage Services including Property Leasing and advisory services for COTA’s strategic needs. The successful Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, services, equipment, and facilities, and otherwise do all things necessary for, and incidental to, the performance of the work specified in this Scope of Work in a manner consistent with accepted professional standards. Brokerage Services Market Analysis and Pricing Guidance Conduct thorough market analysis to provide current market trends and pricing guidance for the purchase or sale of selected properties. Develop comprehensive reports detailing market conditions, comparable properties, and pricing strategies. Marketing Strategy Development Establish and implement a robust marketing strategy that employs multiple types of advertising, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and direct mail campaigns. Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, virtual tours, and property websites. Property Listing and Representation Accurately list and represent COTA properties on multiple listing services (MLS) and other relevant platforms. Ensure all listings include detailed property descriptions, high-resolution photos, and accurate pricing information. Property Showings Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers and tenants, providing detailed information about the properties and answering all inquiries.
