Roof panels to be 24 ga. standing seam, insulated, owner to pick color h. (5) 12’x14’ Non-insulated commercial grade garage doors with windows, color to match building i. (2) 36”x84” commercial grade steel insulated service doors with window j. Full cover trim on all doors, corners, edges, eaves, etc., owner to pick color. k. 6 in. seamless commercial grade gutters, (4) 4 in. x 4 in. roof downspouts connected to drainage system Contractor shall prepare the site with concrete pad and electric service conduit. Coordination will be required between the owner and contractor for tie-in of new building to existing utilities. 2. Building Electric a. Contractor shall include interior and exterior lighting for the building in accordance with NEC, Ohio Building Code and applicable codes and regulations. b. All wiring shall be copper metal in EMT. c. Contractor shall provide electrical drawings prepared by a Professional Engineer registered in Ohio and obtain an electrical permit. d.
