Remove and replace all existing metal roof material, fascia boards, soffit, downspouts and gutters on an 80’X40’ pole barn that serves as main office and workshop. Replace any rotten stringers or rafters as needed. Install 2X6 wood fascia on every eave and gable ends. New fascia boards must be capped with new steel fascia (white in color) to protect from the weather. Install vented soffit around the entire building. Install 28 gage panel steel roof (white in color) and fasten with white screws appropriate for the attachment of steel roof. Install corners on gable edge of roof Install rail snow guard approximately 2’ above eave edge of roof Install a new metal ridge cap (white in Color) Install 5” seamless metal gutters, (white) front and back, entire length of building. Install 5" seamless metal downspouts (White) in all four corners
