We're excited to launch a transformative project to reimagine academic student services and programs at the Monte Ahuja College of Business through the new Glasscock Academic Center. This center will serve as the hub for teaching and learning—shaping self-aware business learners through collaboration with faculty, staff, professionals, and community partners. Our goal is to prepare CSU students to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment and lead in their industries and communities. Renovations to BU219 (approx. 3,900 SQF) will include: • A secure vestibule with card access • Conversion of temporary offices into permanent spaces • Activation of underused areas • A full conference room renovation This high-visibility project will reach the president’s office and requires an architect to join quickly. We need early design concept renderings by September 1st for marketing efforts. The week of October 13th, CSU will host a virtual walkthrough, and the selected architect will play a key role—providing updated renderings, showcasing virtual walkthrough capabilities (via goggles, computer, etc.), having drawings as close to ready to bid as possible, and presenting their work to university leadership with enthusiasm. We would like estimating services to be listed as an additional service cost, we anticipate 2 rounds of estimating and may need to scale back our wishes to be within our budget constraints.
