"Description of work: Rental of one (1) tent for Election Night - November 4, 2025. The tent will be located outside the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections Warehouse location and utilized as a drop off area for election material being returned from polling locations. • Tent must be a minimum of 12' high to allow cargo vans to drive underneath. • The tent will need lighting (electricity and extension cords provided by CCBOE). • The plug for the lights should be accessible for average human reach without the need for a ladder or additional equipment. • The tent will be located on concrete and needs to be weighted down with concrete ballasts. • A sidewall will be installed on the side of the tent closest to E 40th. Temporary Tent Permit: The vendor will be responsible for obtaining a temporary tent permit from the City of Cleveland.
