The purpose of this request is to obtain a contractor to print and ship 440 individually named award banners, each packed in its own mailing tube, for the Department of Education and Workforce. In addition to printing the banners, the contractor will be responsible for printing mailing address labels and return address labels, affixing these labels to the mailing tubes, and shipping all the tubes to the Department of Education and Workforce. It is important to note that the Department will handle the final mailing process, so the contractor will not be responsible for mailing out to 440 different addresses.
