The City of Cincinnati’s Fleet Services Division is soliciting bids for Automotive Warranty Administration Services. The Contractor’s responsibility will be to identify, process and track vehicle warranty claims on City vehicles including passenger cars and trucks. The Contractor will receive the Fleet’s repair order, which is put into the Contractor’s claim processing system. The Contractor’s system will identify and track repair orders that qualify under OEM’s warranty policies purchased for each vehicle. The flagged repairs orders are then coded for parts and labor into the manufacturer’s claim submission computer and paid to Fleet Services Division by the manufacturer at the end of each billing cycle. The Contractor supplies a report to the Fleet Services Division with details of each claim for the Fleet Services Division’s own analysis and tracking.
