GCRTA is seeking a contractor to provide a data change (delta) syncing tool between Oracle Production and at least one SIT environment. The vendor will create a delta synchronization solution to allow update of SIT from Production data by replicating only changes (inserts, updates, and deletes) since last successful sync, without impacting Production. The sync must be operable by non-technical users, including the ability to schedule, initiate, pause, and resume syncs without code changes. GCRTA staff must be able to configure sync frequency (e.g. every 24 hours, 12 hours, etc.) through configuration without additional code development. The solution must maintain a reliable checkpoint mechanism so that syncs resume correctly after interruptions, preventing duplication or data loss. GCRTA is interested in the best solution and open to all approaches that meet the needs outlined above. GCRTA requires that any code developed in the scope of the project becomes the property of GCRTA. Projected scope of work is 60 days. Project schedule to be provided by vendor and GCRTA Project Manager.
