Bid Specifications Vehicle Decals / Graphics Parts and labor necessary for graphic design consultation and application of decals and wraps for all makes / models of passenger to heavyduty on and off-road chassis for the Department of Port Control. Decaling includes but is not limited to vehicle asset numbers, logos, wraps, safety and conspicuity striping. Vinyl and reflective material may be requested for purchase by sheet or roll. Preferred vendor owns brick-and-mortar locations within 30-mile radius of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport in Cleveland, Ohio, and can provide services at that location. Due to the size and inability of much of our equipment to go on-road, vendor must be able to provide mobile service for onsite installation and application at Cleveland Hopkins Airport facilities. Preferred vendor can provide onsite service within 48 hours of request. Preferred vendor uses high quality materials such as 3M Scotchlite Vinyl 680CR, Avery Visiflex 8000 and Oralite V98. Substitutions not allowed without prior written approval.
