BID ITEM #1: Base Scope of Work: Athens County HVAC Improvements Project for material, equipment and labor work in the Courthouse and Annex Building. Proposer agrees to furnish equipment, materials & labor for all the services/work necessary, as described in the specifications/drawings. Alternate #1 Scope of Work: All material, equipment and labor for work located in the Annex building to replace the shut off valves at the Fan coils and unit heaters. Proposer agrees to furnish equipment, materials & labor for all the services/work necessary, as described in the specifications/drawings. Alternate #2 Scope of Work: All material, equipment and labor for work located in the Annex building to remove and replace the existing fan coil units and unit heaters.
