Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor will provide art installation and framing services Community Relations for a period of one (1) year on an as needed basis. DPC shall request art installation and framing services as needed for the purpose of framing, matting and hinging of various sizes of artwork. Artwork may include but not limited to original paintings on canvas and other artists paper, photographs, giclees and lithographs. Artwork must be mounted using standard preservation guidelines. Art installation and framing also includes installation of various sized frames using metal security frames and hardware. Selected vendor must also be familiar with Takiya Hanging System (Takiya One Touch B Hook Hanging System) which is a set of devices for hanging a variety of wall‐hung exhibits, including paintings, photographs and shelving for 3D artifacts. l installed artwork must be completed within 24 hours. Installation may include but not limited to removal and installation of a minimum of 10 framed/artifacts to a maximum of a 150 framed/artifacts pieces per change‐out. Full change outs can be up to 8 times per year.
