The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A. Plan Reviews 1. Perform plan reviews for building, electrical, fire, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines for both residential and commercial structures on an as-needed basis. 2. Review plans for compliance with the Ohio Building Code, Ohio Residential Code, and applicable City of Dayton ordinances. 3. Provide pricing for both in-person and remote plan review services. Remote reviews may include both electronic and hard copy documents. The Consultant shall be responsible for the collection and return of any remote plan materials to and from the City. 4. Provide written plan review comments to the City no later than ten (10) business days after receiving construction documents. 5. Communicate with contractors, engineers, architects, and citizens regarding construction plans, code questions, and related matters. 6. Perform all services between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed upon. 7.
