A. The Consultant firm will work with the GCRTA and other stakeholders to ascertain the requirements and limitations of the project. The firm will develop a design for a reconstructed facility that will best utilize the available site and achieve the operational and community goals. 1. The Station design should enhance connectivity to the adjacent community. B. The aesthetic character of the Blue Line Rail Station is to be like the recently reconstructed Lee-Shaker Green Line Station. The following elements and materials should be considered when developing the design: 1. Site Furnishings, including but not limited to seating, trash and recycling receptacles and Bicycle racks. 2. Way finding and Signage following the GCRTA Signage Guidelines 3. Security and communications equipment, including cameras, call boxes, and real-time train departure information 4. LED Lighting 5. Cast-in-place concrete walking surfaces
