Annual Holiday Luncheon scheduled in December, 2025. This is a company-wide event ensuring 1,000+ COTA employees, at varying times, have an opportunity to enjoy a hot meal. The selected source will enhance our demonstration of employee appreciation and be one of our successes of the year. Additional Requirements • Responsiveness and personal interest in our menu needs and ability to handle our specific type of event: o This will include hot menu being served to COTA employees by the vendor at multiple times throughout two (2) days: Thursday, December 11, 2025: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm at two (2) COTA locations Thursday, December 11, 2025: 11:00 pm – 12:00 am at two (2) COTA locations Friday, December 12, 2025: • 2:00 am – 3:00 am: at two (2) COTA locations • 10:00 am – 4:00 pm: at three (3) COTA locations • Flexibility regarding menu options. • Provide tastings as part of selection process. • Complete explanation of services/goods promised in the contract. • A well-defined cancellation plan. • Provision of references we may call. • Experience serving large catering events, at varying times. • Liability insurance. • Food options should include 2 Meat options, 1 Vegetarian option, 3 Sides, a Salad, 2 Desserts.
