The City of Dayton OH’s (City) Division of Water Supply and Treatment is seeking bids to cover the work necessary to service and maintain nineteen (19) air compressors and four (4) dryers owned by the City. Air compressors and air dryers are located at various City owned buildings which locations are listed herein. The scope of work shall at a minimum include the following 1) performing basic services to all compressors and air dryers every three months, and 2) performing basic services to all compressors and air dryers on an annual basis. If the successful bidder(s) chooses to work other than “regular hours” without City approval, these hours will be paid at the regular rate. Bidders are required to supply a quotation for preventative maintenance (P.M.) costs for EACH listed unit in section “B” and state any warranty or warranty extensions that may be applicable thru the service of this equipment. NOTE: Bidders intending to use non-OEM parts or lubricants are required to submit a detailed product description and manufacturer’s technical data sheet for evaluation during the bid review process. Failure to supply this information may be grounds for finding the bid to be non-responsive.
