B827N63068N Test inspection and any approved repair work, must be performed by persons qualified as a mechanic on the specific make and mode of each aerial, work platform described in this bid, and any new units purchased by the Department of Port Control. The final determination of replacement parts and repairs shall be made by the Department of Port Control.
