Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed work consists of the furnishing and construction of an adaptive traffic signal system at fourteen (14) signalized intersections along SR 91 and SR 303 and upgrades to signal’s emergency preemption system at a total of 28 signals. The project also includes the installation of a new traffic signal at the Owen Brown Street railroad overpass. Finally, the basic project includes the inclusion of the traffic signal at 303 & Hayden Parkway into the adaptive signal system and its interconnection through a connection to the City’s broadband fiber network in the City of Hudson, Ohio and in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the City Engineer.
