The bid will be based on a price per wet ton. The contracted company will be responsible for all EPA reporting, including field soil sampling, agronomic rates and submit all necessary paperwork to the Superintendent at the Alliance WWTP. The contracted company will be responsible for locating approved fields to haul the biosolids to and any correspondence between the two parties necessary to spread on the field. The contracted company will provide transportation and drivers for all field application, and the Alliance WWTP will provide someone to load the trucks. The Alliance WWTP will be allowed to use the biosolids in a beneficial way if they have use for it, and the contracted company will land apply what they are permitted to haul away.
